My latest recording From Me To You with pianist Dennis Luxion was included in esteemed jazz critic Scott Yanow’s Best of 2024 list! The recording was born of our ongoing three year residency at Chicago’s eclectic Le Piano jazz club.
The repertoire includes cinematic themes, show tunes, obscure ballads, comedic numbers, a pop hit and even a country song. But the music we are most excited to share are compositions by recently deceased Chicago legends Bob Dogan and Marc Pompe. Marc was my mentor and Dennis’ friend and this album is dedicated to him!
Steady Chicagoland gigs continue:
- I’m with pianist Dennis Luxion every Saturday late night (11 pm – 1 am) for romantic night owls at Le Piano.
- Twice a week you’ll find me at the charming French themed Hemmingway’s Bistro – Wednesdays (6-9 pm) for “Flirtini Martini Night” with guitarist Andy Brown and Sundays (11:30 am – 2:30 pm) for Champagne Jazz Brunch with guitarist Andy Pratt.
